FAQ's How soon will my order ship? I try to get orders processed and out the door as soon as possible, but some times life gets in the way. I am a self representing artist and do not have any employees. I am also a single Dad with two wonderful kids who also require a lot of my time. Needless to say, my life is a bit crazy some times, so if you need something rushed, just give me a call. (407)383-4596. Otherwise, allow 1-4 weeks for delivery, depending on where you live and how it is shipped. What is your return policy? If you are not completely satisfied with any pendant you purchase from me, please contact me via email ( brentgraber@smartcity.net ). I will give you my address so you can return the piece for a full refund. Return packages must be post marked within 7 days of receipt and the returned item must be in original condition. All return packages must be insured. Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you open an instructional DVD, you own it... DVDs must be returned in new condition. |
