What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with any pendant you purchase from me, please contact me via email ( brentgraber@smartcity.net ). I will give you my address so you can return the piece for a full refund. Return packages must be post marked within 7 days of receipt and the returned item must be in original condition. All return packages must be insured. Your satisfaction is my top priority.

Oxygen concentrators are handled differently. All warranty and shipping issues are handled through me, but I am dealing with the manufacturer. Please do not send me a concentrator for service or warranty work. Email me for instructions on how warranty work is handled. All sales on oxygen concentrators are considered final, but I will work with you and the manufacturer if there is a problem. Again, your satisfaction is a priority.
